<> ===== Deception Pass ===== **Wilson Reavley** \\ Feb 3 2020 #25978 Deception Pass was full on this weekend. Tom S shot some really great video after getting some good laps in, and I put together a video mixing my gopro footage, his video, and a few clips from my phone – which hopefully gives a sense of what the water was doing. That is so awesome! Oh what I wold give for a a nice glassy morning paddle on Lake Whatcom. Rick L. **Reivers Dustin** \\ Feb 3 #25988 yeah hey Rick. Are you bouncing back in time for this season at all? We thought sacrificing LB to red-shirt bench was enough. **Rick Lingbloom** \\ Feb 3 #25989 I’m out for a while … bicep tendon … MRI indicates no paddling in the near future 😢 **Jeff Hegedus** \\ Feb 6 #25996 Rick, I had a 50% biceps tendon rupture several years ago. No surgery. Since the forward stroke is pronated, not supinated, you will be good to go. Perfect your technique, and you will only notice it when arm paddling, in big conditions when bracing excessively, or on hard long distance excursions.
