You can watch recent departures from your port, **expected**  arrival and departure times seems to be a pay-for-service deal - so maybe better to guesstimate when ships will be generating wakes in your area - using last reported ship positions from the Marine Traffic map or recent departure times if they give you enough lead time to get on the water before they will pass by.
