-Is this the handle you saw? I fabricated and  installed this design in both of my Nelos',​ the original factory installed handles weren'​t designed for our gloved cold water paddling. Mine are designed to get both hands wedged inside and locked in around the top lip- a must for our winter paddling-. .  If interested, I can tell you what not to do. You can purchase the 1/8" Black ABS at Hardware Sales. There are some serious considerations i.e. the rudder cable route and the depth of the void you wish to occupy.+Is this the handle you saw?
