| We had the best turnout of surfskis so far for the PNWORCA series. Ian Mackenzie popped up to remind us just how fast he can be while looking like he's out for an easy Sunday paddle. Kirk latched onto Pete and Mike in the double and refused to let go…there might have been a tow rope involved. I was up to my usual shenanigans and tried to get the race started before Kirk could get off the beach and when that failed I purposely dropped behind the pack (nothing to do with my heart and lungs exploding, really) in the hopes that they would get lost in English Bay.
