| - | Justin, I did a Wednesday morning run in Saratoga Passage from Camano Island State Park to Madrona Beach. It was fun, but not as fast as the afternoon before, I only averaged 8.1 mph vs 9.0 the day before. Tides make a big difference there, and it seems even more so on the Port Susan side of Camano Island. | ||

| - | Very nice, I'm not sure the time but the SSE whitecaps convinced me around midday. There seemed to be tidal ebb. I only managed to fight halfway up to Greenbank from Penn Cove before cashing in the effort (Whidbey side). Maybe a car & bike shuttle next time | ||
