Today I paddled with the Sea Dogs. Sea Dogs appear to be a species of Barnacles. If you look into their craggy faces, sea shanties start playing in your head and your mind conjures up a daguerreotype of Shackleton at the helm of the Endurance. Their motto is follow the wind. Today I paddled with the Sea Dogs. Sea Dogs appear to be a species of Barnacles.  I also observed many fascinating adaptations when climbing the taxonomy ladder to the family of Bellingham Paddlers. I saw a female with plumage perfectly mimicking Katherine Hepburn in a headscarf with sunglasses. A second female was so covered in orange that it must warn large sea predators that she was poisonous. I observed a male paddling in a laid-back style identical to a gang member driving a low-rider car. I witnessed a different male that races with a bird on his head. And, the most striking mutation of all - not surprising that it was yet another male - raced with a regular blade on one side and a twisted blade on the other side of his surfski. Only time will tell if these adaptations improve paddling for generations to come, or if they go the way of the Dodo. I also observed many fascinating adaptations when climbing the taxonomy ladder to the family of Bellingham Paddlers.  Dan, I thought we had a little talk about micro-dosing mushrooms before a paddle. Dan, I thought we had a little talk about micro-dosing mushrooms before a paddle.

-Dan , as a strict follower of the "follow the wind " group, ( I have to , to get the necessary rest) those were dandy rides out there today. Not so sure why the time people stay so tightly on a schedule, as they are all retired, and what is really more pressing than getting the best waves? Unless it's getting a heart electrocardiogram, or a colonoscopy.  Tomorrow should be some what similar as today, not as good of a tide, a little less wind. -Anyone going by the name Vasectomy da Gama is so clearly a natural born leader, that I will follow him to the edge of this flat earth. However,  I will join the Time Birds tomorrow as I get to paddle the magical Arc.  I am hoping for those bumps to rise up again in the morning precisely at 10:00 am. Foolish, I know.+Anyone going by the name Vasectomy da Gama is so clearly a natural born leader, that I will follow him to the edge of this flat earth.
