 **Tulalip Bay -** **10<sup>th</sup>  Street boat ramp in Everett** follows the typical summer wind direction. Straight downwind. Don’t miss the turn at the north end of the Island to go down the River. During the fall and winter storms the wind has just a slight bit more north in it and one would have to surf to the middle or south end of the Island.

+The following photo show the downwind path going around north end of Jetty Island and down the channel to the east of Jetty. If the tide is against you or there is a lot of flow from the river, you may be better off staying west of the Jetty and landing on the west side of the island to take the path across the island, then the short paddle across the channel to the 10th Street Boat Ramp.
