Tulalip Bay - 10^th Street boat ramp in Everett follows the typical summer wind direction. Straight downwind. Don’t miss the turn at the north end of the Island to go down the River. During the fall and winter storms the wind has just a slight bit more north in it and one would have to surf to the middle or south end of the Island.
