hehe, don't know about you folks, but since becoming a paddler:

• Find myself staring at any standing water bigger than a surfski
• Any sight or sound of moving water gets my attention (except maybe dishwasher or flushing of toilet)
• Pictures of waves seem to have deep meaning
• Any sight of a boat in any condition tugs at my line of sight
• Cars with rack on them must be someone I know, or their friends
• I get neck pains after a drive to Seattle on the freeway (was that a boat? or just some lumber on that truck in the other lane?)
• I wave at every car with a boat on it's rack (when it's a touring kayak I try to keep my hand below the dashboard since they seem to think I'm trying to sell them life insurance or something)
• Stormy weather makes my heart beat faster

It's like the signs of a paddle-a-holic. Don't want no cure.
