If you're getting bubbles blowing out with positive pressure then you can suck the epoxy in with negative pressure. Really no need for anything fancy to apply the epoxy, just keep a slight vacuum to the hull so it will suck the epoxy in. Vac pressure (ed. not too much pressure! - you can moderate by starting with leakage in seal around vacuum that you tighten just a little bit at a time if you need a bit more negative pressure) in the hull works better than trying to get a seal from the outside and force the epoxy in as it will draw it completely through all layers of the hull to the inside. After applying, turn the vac off and wipe the epoxy flush with the outer clear coat. With pinholes, that is usually enough to seal the leaks without having to get inside the hull.
What Brad and Jim said. Looks like a higher end Epic Ski with no gel coat? I’d not bother with epoxy. You could rub a couple coats of wax on the boat and buff out. The wax will do a good job of getting down in the pin holes, will seal - surprisingly - a long time and provide a bit of UV protection.
Pin holes not uncommon on super light boats with no gel coat. Just paddle it.
