Beautiful Day. That says it all. With some checks still rolling in our total between the Kayak Polo Team and the Speedy Paddlers will reach over 6000.00 Dollars! Well Done to All.

Thank you to all the volunteers, Steve S., Adrienne H., Kevin O., Larry G., Julie V., Kim R., Amber Z., Neil., Dorothy B., Deb B., Dayna V and Alex M. The timing crew of Brian E and Dan W and all the cookie makers and all the volunteers that helped break everything down at the end…Mahalo!!!

Nearly 100 paddlers on a glorious day came to compete and donate! 16 four boat teams with racers from Seattle, Bham, Vancouver B.C. and Clubs represented by BBOP, BSKT, Dan B's Team and more.

First Place went to Team #7 (Tom S.,Patsy C., Brian F.,and Chris S.) Second Place went to Team #16 ( Nelson Family, John R., Ethan and Colten, Larry G. and Mary D) Third Place went Team #15 (Tony B., Chris O., Beau W., Kim R., and Estelle) and the COVETED last place award went to Team #1.

Hope I didn't forget anyone or anything…I am getting old ya know!! ;)

Thanks, Peter and team, for putting together such a fun race for such a great cause with such an awesome community! Pretty nice weather, too! Please keep that aspect of the event in the future.
